CUSMOS reads city problems through sound. Noise complaints have always been there, but there was little evidence to explain them. We turn sound into data that shows what happened.
From a complaint to a decision
We turn the sound around a problem into data, so you can see what happened and act on it. We started with noise complaints, and the same method now covers industrial safety.
Find
We look for problems that keep coming back, in complaints and on site. In 2024, noise made up 46.5% of environmental complaints in Korea, the largest share, but few records exist to judge them.
